Our Story
Two Architects. One Perspective.
We're Sharath and Sravanthi, senior architects and partners in life. Between us, we've seen enough AI initiatives to know where they break. Usually, it's not the models. It's the architecture, the integration points, the governance gaps, and the fact that nobody planned for what happens when you actually have to scale the thing.
DualLensAI started as our kitchen-table conversations, debating trade-offs, questioning assumptions, and trying to make sense of how AI actually works when you plug it into real enterprise systems. We figured others might find those conversations useful too.
We don't treat AI as just a technology shift. It's an architecture problem, a systems problem, and a decision-making problem. This blog is where we work through those problems out loud.
